I am not a risk taker, it is not in my nature. I am a very cautious and pragmatic person who tends to overthink everything and feels at ease when I’m safe in my comfort zone. Therefore, I can completely relate to anyone who may be apprehensive to make a big change in their life. To take a chance on something new, whether it be their health, a career change, a business venture etc. All of it can be scary. The fear of the unknown. The fear of failing. Notions of self-doubt.

I am so impressed by those who can throw caution to the wind, take that step, make that first move, live life to the fullest, grab the bull by the horns. They understand that there is no reward in life without risk. If this is you, I hope that with these great traits, you have also taken your first step toward living a healthy lifestyle. Prioritizing self-care, practicing a life of balance, moving your body, and doing whatever makes your soul happy! If you haven’t, I encourage you to add this to your list of things to do now! Your mind, body, and soul will be so happy you did!

For those of you who are like me. Not a risk taker. I urge you to take this opportunity as we end the year, to follow your heart. Make that first move. Take that step to living life to the fullest, make yourself a priority, you are worth it! You can do it! Your wings already exist, all you have to do is fly!

As we approach the end of 2022, I too am setting goals. Goals to live my best life. To create something that fulfills me, fuels me, ignites me. Something that brings me joy. Something that I love. To take more risks, go after my dreams, to do what makes me truly happy. Will I need to restructure my thoughts of fear and self-doubt? Yes. Will I have to tell myself repeatedly that I can do it. Absolutely. Will I surround myself with people who will support and encourage me. You bet. I also know that I am smart, fierce, capable and determined. What good are wings if we don’t have the courage to fly? Vivir Mi Vida!

Stay tuned for what I have coming next!
